What is collected
When you commission a portrait, Creations by Thery collects your name, email address, optional phone number, shipping address, the details you provide about your pet, and the reference photographs you upload.
How it is used
This information is used only to paint your portrait, communicate with you about your commission, and ship the finished painting. Your photographs are reference material for your own portrait and are not published or shared publicly without your permission.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by this website.
Keeping and removing your data
Order records and reference photographs are kept while your commission is in progress and for a reasonable period afterward for record keeping. You may ask for your photographs or contact details to be removed by emailing CreationsbyThery@gmail.com.
